Kalkan

There are numerous shops, restaurants and bars on the quayside and in the maze of streets ascending the hillside. Kalkan is generally known for its choice of high quality souvenir shops and you can spend hours just browsing. The village has grown enormously over the last few years and new favourites seem to spring up each season so it is hard to make any firm recommendations. The same applies to the choice of restaurants but i would advise that before deciding where to eat a look at the display refrigerator will give you a good idea of the standard of food being served. Its geography makes Kalkan a compact village and you will soon find you bearings without the aid of a map.
