Luxury Turkey Villas
Why villa holidays? Some forget that during October, Kas, Turkey has a climate with ample time for sunbathing with temperatures well into the mid-20°, especially, with some of the summer months reaching temperatures in the 30°. Elixir Holidays, provide thought provoking designs from architects’ own holiday Villas to the sumptuousness and indulgence of the interior designer’s own pleasure, packed in on the charming Kas peninsula. Luxury villas in Turkey, Kas villas come in all shapes and sizes, usually designed for families, extended groups or two centre holiday planning. The Kas villas option gives larger groups the opportunity to have a higher purchasing power with a naturally elevated level of luxury – a housekeeper to clean, do the beds and change the towels is a far cry from the hustle and bustle of family life back in the UK.
Elixir Holidays provide villas on the Mediterranean replete with infinity pools, complimentary shuttles into the charming harbour side town of Kas, with ruins of the ancient town of Antiphellos mixed in with modern buildings. Across the water to the south lies the Greek island of Megisti (Kastellorizo; Meis Adası in Turkish )

Villa Lycia
May 10th, 2009

Kalkan lycia villas
This is a new four-bedroom villa is located in a small slope of the land use, only three villas are Ortaalan area Kalkan. Villa Lycia has a view over Kalkan and KALAMAR bays and three floors (the top floor is devoted to a large apartment with its own bathroom with shower, large terrace with table and chairs and two sun loungers). The villa is higher than the average, each floor is approximately 70 square meters and inlaid marble floors travertine together. The villa is fully air conditioned and comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (we recommend that 9 and 10 guests are children, because they are outside the single beds in the large double bedroom and a sofa / daybed in the living conditions of the region – and that regime is not likely to 10 adults). Walk from the city takes about 15 minutes (bottom). A taxi is a good idea, but! Note that the roads around the villa and is not dissimilar, so that people are disabled and small children, it is difficult to find in May to negotiate.
Ground floor
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, built-in electric oven and gas hob, extractor, washing machine, large refrigerator, lots of drums and containers, iron and ironing board. Cool bags also need to make a picnic on the beach!
Outside the villa
Beautiful views over the bay of Kalkan village, a large freshwater swimming pool, terrace, dining room, barbecue, deck chairs, parasols and deck chairs. Pool dimensions are approximately 9 meters x 6 meters (large points) and 1.65 meters deep. Note that shallow and access to the pool via the ladder-type activities (work completed). This could pose problems for small children or people with disabilities. Villa Lycia is a small development of only three cities (a little smaller villas on both sides of it) and it is not completely isolated. Some roads around the villa are defeated, and can cause problems for the elderly or sick.
