Villa Ahiska offers excellent value in Kalkan’s Kiziltas area, with stunning sea views to enjoy. Its location strikes a fine balance between tranquillity and convenience, just a 15 to 20-minute stroll or a brief 4 to 5-minute drive to Kalkan's town centre, restaurants, and shops.

Inside, you’ll find four generously sized bedrooms, each complete with a private en-suite shower room, ensuring everyone has their own space and privacy. The living, kitchen, and dining areas are bright and open-plan, thoughtfully equipped to provide a relaxed and comfortable setting for families or groups to unwind together.

Outside, a spacious sun terrace invites you to make the most of the warm Mediterranean days. A large private swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for leisurely afternoons. There’s also a swing seat for peaceful moments, plus a BBQ and an alfresco dining area perfect for relaxed outdoor meals.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all the utensils you might need for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace includes the private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, alfresco dining table, and BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
