Showing 1–12 of 16 villas · or let us shortlist for you
Couples' villas are the smaller villas in Kalkan, built or set up for two people rather than a big family or group. There are currently 16 villas on this page, each with 1–2 bedrooms. You still get your own pool, terrace and kitchen. There’s just less house to look after and more privacy for the two of you.
Every villa here has an outdoor pool. All of them also have air conditioning, a BBQ, a dishwasher, a washing machine, satellite TV and a parking space, and towels are provided. Most have a private garden. Around two thirds list a private outdoor pool, and roughly half have a sheltered pool that isn’t overlooked, which matters a lot to couples. Several have an indoor jacuzzi too. WiFi is listed at most of the villas, but it’s worth checking the individual page if you need it for work.
Almost every villa on the page has a sea view, and more than half are classed as secluded. That makes them a good fit for honeymoons and anniversaries. They sleep 2–4 guests, so a couple with a small child or two couples travelling together will also fit in the larger ones.
Kordere has the biggest group, with Ortaalan next and a couple in Akbel. Kalamar, Kiziltas, Komurluk and Ulugol each have one. A handful are within a kilometre of the centre, so you can walk down to the old town harbour for dinner. The rest sit further up the hillside or out towards the quieter areas, between 0.6 and 7 km from the centre, and most of those have wider sea views as a result. You’ll want a hire car for those.
Distances to the sea range from 0.1 to 7.5 km. A couple of villas are within 500 metres of the water and most are a short drive away. Kaş and Patara beach are both easy day trips from Kalkan.
Decide first whether you’d rather walk to restaurants or wake up somewhere really private. That choice usually settles it. Then look at the pool: a sheltered one makes a big difference if you value privacy. Prices start from £875 a week, and the more secluded villas with jacuzzis and bigger pools cost more.
They’re designed around couples, but they sleep 2–4 guests. The two bedroom villas also suit a couple with a small child or two couples sharing.

More than half of these villas are classed as secluded, and many have sheltered pools and private gardens. The photos and description on each villa page show how private the terrace and pool area are.
Yes. Every villa here also appears in our honeymoon villas, almost all have sea views, and several have an indoor jacuzzi.

Kordere has the most, with 6 villas, followed by Ortaalan with 4. There are also a couple in Akbel and one each in Kalamar, Kiziltas, Komurluk and Ulugol.
Distances range from 0.1 to 7.5 km, and a couple of villas are within 500 metres of the water. Most are higher up the hillside, which is where the sea views come from, and Patara beach is an easy drive.
Weekly prices start from £875 and go up to around £3,010 for the more secluded villas with extras like an indoor jacuzzi. Prices change with the season, so each villa page shows the rate for your dates.
