Ground Floor

Access to the villa is via stairs from the garage, leading down from the street above. The ground floor accommodates a living area, kitchen, and dining space. The living room is furnished with two sofas, a bench seat, two coffee tables and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, Bosch filter coffee machine, oven and hob. A dining table seating six is also found within this space.

A laundry area features a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

First Floor

Two bedrooms are positioned on this floor.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi. The room is furnished with bedside tables, a wing chair, vanity tables, wardrobes, a safe, and a wall-mounted TV. A balcony with two chairs and a side table extends from the room.

The outdoor area is equipped with six sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, and a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table with BBQ facilities. Additional entertainment comes in the form of a table tennis table, table football and a hammock set on the rear lawn.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
