Villa Azur

Villa Azur, located in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district, is a sophisticated five-bedroom retreat centred around a 13-metre saltwater swimming pool, complete with a shallow end and the option to be heated upon request.

Every corner of this villa reflects exceptional craftsmanship and quality. Entertainment options include a pool table, table tennis, and fitness equipment such as a treadmill and weights machine. Each room is fitted with electric blinds, while a recently added outdoor kitchen area offers both gas and charcoal barbecues alongside a pizza oven. For peace of mind, the property is equipped with a backup generator and a water tank to handle any interruptions.

There are countless opportunities here to savour the captivating views—whether you’re relaxing on the spacious terraces, beneath the elegant pergola, or from any of the five bedrooms. The uppermost bedroom is particularly special, featuring its own rooftop Jacuzzi and private balcony.

The villa is just a 15 to 20-minute walk from Kalkan’s town centre, where restaurants, shops, bars and beaches await. A Migros Supermarket lies within a ten-minute stroll, and the recently opened ShapeUp Fitness Maidan gym is an eight-minute walk away.

Ground Floor

The ground floor presents a generous open-plan layout that brings together the lounge and dining area with a contemporary kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an island and breakfast bar, including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, water cooler, toaster, oven hob and all the essential utensils for self-catering. Between the kitchen and lounge sits a dining table for six, with easy access to the barbecue area through a side door.

The lounge is stylishly appointed with plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV featuring a SKY TV package.

Also on this floor is Bedroom 1, a double room with an en-suite shower. It includes bedside tables, a vanity table and wardrobes, with sliding glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

Lower Ground Floor

Downstairs, the games room offers a pool table, workout equipment and a cosy seating area.

First Floor

Three bedrooms occupy this level. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are doubles, each with en-suite shower rooms, bedside tables, vanity tables and wardrobes. Both open onto private balconies furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 4 is a twin room, similarly appointed and with its own en-suite shower and private balcony.

Second/Top Floor

The villa’s final bedroom sits on the top floor. This master double comes with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table and a wardrobe. It opens directly onto the furnished roof terraces, where you’ll find outstanding sea views of Kalkan Bay. The terrace is equipped with two chairs and a coffee table, four sun loungers, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded seating area and a rooftop Jacuzzi.

Outdoors

Outside, the impressive 13-metre saltwater pool features a shallow end and graduated steps for easy access. The pool can be heated during certain seasons. Surrounding the pool is a spacious deck with sun loungers, parasols, seating for outdoor gatherings, a swing seat and bean bags.

The outdoor dining area is set beneath a pergola and includes a kitchen with a pizza oven as well as gas and charcoal barbecues.

At the rear of the property, you’ll find additional seating under an umbrella and a table tennis table.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Please note: The pool can be heated on request for an additional £250 per week.
