Villa Blue Diamond joins our exclusive selection of properties in Kalkan’s coveted Komurluk district for the 2025 season. This elegant villa offers three en-suite bedrooms, spacious living areas, an expansive pool terrace, and captivating views over Kalkan Bay.

Situated a mere 70 metres from the shoreline, Villa Blue Diamond is just a short three-minute amble from popular beach clubs including Zest, Palm, and Denizim. The vibrant centre of Kalkan lies within a comfortable 10 to 12-minute walk.

Bedrooms

1. First Floor: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished balcony facing the sea, plus bathroom and WC.

2. First Floor: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished balcony with sea views, accompanied by bathroom and WC.

3. Second Floor: A double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished sea-facing balcony, along with bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The living area is arranged around an L-shaped sofa, with two armchairs and a coffee table, centred by a flat-screen TV. A utility room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully appointed with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, water cooler, and a dining table seating six. All essential utensils for your self-catering stay are provided.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
