Villa Mini Arden is a charming 1-bedroom retreat offering sweeping sea views across Kalkan Bay. Nestled in the Kiziltas area, it lies roughly a 20 to 25-minute downhill stroll from Kalkan’s town centre, with a brief taxi ride available for convenience. The villa’s modern open-plan design comfortably accommodates up to two guests.

Interiors

Inside, the living space combines comfort with understated style, creating a calm environment for unwinding. A generous L-shaped sofa faces the TV, ideal for quiet evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, water cooler, and all necessary utensils. Nearby, a dining table set for four offers a welcoming place for meals. Sliding patio doors seamlessly connect the interior to the pool terrace beyond.

Bedroom

The bedroom, adjoining the living area, is decorated in a crisp white palette. It features a double bed, an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wall-mounted TV, and wardrobes for storage. Glass doors open directly onto the poolside terrace, where captivating views of Kalkan Bay unfold.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
