Villa Panorama Kalkan is true to its name and offers incredible turquoise vistas from wherever you are on the property. This luxury villa has an infinity pool taking pride of place in the centre of a generous terrace, with poolside loungers and an outdoor dining patio for ultimate relaxation. Multi-functional in design, the sizeable pool has been finished to include a children’s pool, a shallow pool for sun loungers, the main swimming pool, and a sunken jacuzzi area. The interior decor is chic and neutral with high-quality furnishings and an ultra-modern fitted kitchen with an indoor dining area. Finished to a high standard, the interior comprises a spacious living area and kitchen which opens out onto the private pool terrace. Full-height glass windows on either side of this space give a bright and airy feel to this room. A comfortable seating area with satellite TV allows to you unwind at night. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped and features an island with an integrated dining table for 8. A ground-floor double en-suite is available for guests who have limited mobility and you can access all communal spaces with ease from this bedroom.
Three further bedrooms occupy the villa’s first floor arranged as two doubles and one twin each with private shower rooms. All are fully air-conditioned and with access to furnished sea view balconies with wonderful, elevated views. Perched in a tranquil location on the hills above Kalamar bay, this villa is conveniently located for you to enjoy the amenities of the town.

Kitchen

The kitchen occupies one side of the ground floor living space with a central island and integrated dining table and displays views of the pool and bay. Kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, toaster, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for an 8-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room

The sleek lounge has full-height windows to either side which allows for a bright and airy ambiance. Elegant furnishings fill the room with a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Satellite connection for the television and free WiFi internet is provided for our guests and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Terrace and Pool

Complete with an outdoor jacuzzi, shallow pool, children’s pool, and infinity pool the sizeable terrace area is a summer haven for relaxation. Lovely rattan furnishings provide areas for lounging and dining and the terrace features well-maintained local foliage which brings the space to life. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 7 nights. For reservations of 7 nights or fewer, there will be no mid-stay clean. For example, if you are staying for 10 nights or 14 nights a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a time convenient for you. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
