A large infinity pool overlooks the bay and mountains, with a good-sized raised outdoor jacuzzi sitting just above the swimming pool. The surrounding patio has plush sun loungers and parasols for times when you want to recline in the heat of the day. Dining and seating areas are arranged on a high part of the split-level terrace with a quality built-in BBQ adjacent to the shaded alfresco eating space.
Equally impressive in its elegance, the villa’s interior spreads over four floors with four en-suite bedrooms hosting eight guests in style. There are three bedrooms on the upper floors and one on the lower ground floor below the pool area, fronted by a well-maintained garden area with a 4-seater dining table. These rooms are arranged as three doubles and a twin, and each is bright and airy with access to private outside space. At the top is a roof terrace with a round jacuzzi and fantastic panoramic views.

Living Room
The contemporary lounge has views across the sea and combines the kitchen and dining area in a large open-plan room. This room has a seating group, TV, DVD player, free internet, air conditioning, and coffee table. You can step out onto the pool terrace from the living room through sliding doors.
Kitchen
The kitchen area sits to the back of the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the dinnerware and utensils required for your self-catering retreat.
Terrace and Pool
The terrace is split-level and has a private swimming pool on each platform. At the bottom is a deeper infinity pool with a surrounding sunbathing terrace. The upper terrace has a shallow pool, outdoor lounging, and shaded alfresco dining areas. Ample sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture are provided for our guests. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.
Cleaning and Maintenance
We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.
Security Deposit
The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. “We have recently just return from an 8 night stay at Villa Safran Veiw, what can I say apart from it was amazing from beginning to end. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a smart TV which has access to Netflix which was great for if you just fancied a chilled night in. The views from the villa are the best part, they are absolutely breathtaking and waking up to that every morning is certainly something we all miss. The pools are great the little pool has a small seating area inside it which is great to sit in and cool off when feeling hot in the mid day sun. There is nothing I can fault about this villa and will definitely look to return in the future. Altan at Kalkan Villas was absolutely amazing to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and he helped us book our taxi transfer and car hire. Any questions we had before our stay he was happy to answer quickly, I would highly recommend Altan and will definitely look to book with him in the future, I cannot recommend him enough.

He even met us on the night we arrived even though it was late and talked us through everything at the villa. We were sad to leave at the end of our holiday but are definitely looking to return, Kalkan is a beautiful place and the centre is only a 6min drive away where there are lots of little bars, restaurants and shops,. Such a beautiful place. If you have never been before you certainly won’t regret it.”
