Villa Swan enjoys a prime spot in Kalkan’s desirable Kiziltas district, just a brief 5-minute taxi ride from the bustling town centre. This elegant villa offers three beautifully furnished en-suite bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of couples who value both comfort and privacy.

Inside, the villa is thoughtfully arranged with a fresh, contemporary design. The spacious open-plan living area and fully fitted kitchen create a welcoming ambience from the moment you step through the door. The living space naturally extends onto a large pool terrace, where a private swimming pool invites you to relax and bask in the sun.

Living Room

This cosy area features plush seating, air conditioning, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout, and large sliding doors open effortlessly onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The modern American-style kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, and oven. An adjacent dining table offers a comfortable spot for indoor meals.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the space has been designed with relaxation in mind. Alongside the private pool, you’ll find comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and a swing seat. For those who enjoy dining al fresco, there is a shaded outdoor dining area and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
