Living Room

The open-plan living and dining areas seamlessly flow into the fully equipped modern kitchen, creating a perfect space for socialising and entertaining. Large windows showcase breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, inviting guests to savour the beauty of Kalkan's coastal scenery. This room has air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, a wall-mounted TV, a seating group and a coffee table.

Kitchen

The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and features an indoor dining area with a table to seat six. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and terrace.

Terrace and Pool

A spacious terrace is centred by a large infinity pool with a waterfall feature and an integrated children’s splash pool. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the side of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area and outdoor seating space. Terrace and pool maintenance are completed daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The final 400-500 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep and not asphalt. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended

The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of 2500 TL per day

Underfloor heating system can be activated on request for an additional cost of 3000 TL per day
