Living Room

The living room is a cosy yet contemporary space adorned with comfortable furnishings, a TV and a coffee table for a quiet moment out of the summer heat. The large windows flood the room with natural light, offering a serene view of the countryside and sea. 

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen area is fully fitted with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. To the centre is a dining table for 6 people and all the utensils required for a self-catering retreat are provided.

Terrace, Garden & Pool

From the ground floor, you can access the shared terrace and pool area. There are luscious green palm and evergreen trees, cacti and Mediterranean foliage and flora thoughtfully planted to create separation and privacy between the bedrooms and terrace. There is an alfresco dining table with full shade so the whole family and group can enjoy feasting under the stars. The infinity pool is fringed with sun loungers and a parasol. The scenery from this elevated spot is incredible, with far-reaching views which capture the mountains and sea to the horizon

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
