Villa Supernova Kalkan is a brand-new property that was completed in 2022. This extra luxurious villa displays the height of contemporary design and is located in an elevated position in Kiziltas, with a fantastic bay view of Kalkan. The property boasts an impressive array of facilities and amenities that fulfil every requirement you could desire on your summer escape. Starting at the glamorous pool terrace, our guests use a large infinity-edged pool fringed with floating platforms with plush sun loungers. Alfresco dining and lounging can be enjoyed at the rear of the terrace beneath a sizeable shaded covering. A whole level dedicated to activities and leisure is directly below the outside patio. This leisure room has an indoor pool with spa facilities, including a private sauna and Turkish bath, perfect for rejuvenating and relaxing.

A large private gym is also in this lower ground haven, and there is a games area, with table tennis, pool, and table football available for our guests.

The contemporary interior is beautifully designed and has a sleek, streamlined modern kitchen with a spacious indoor dining area. Combined with the kitchen, the open-plan lounge area is bright and inviting, with electronic entertainment facilities and lovely views of the pool, sea, and mountains. All bedrooms are en suite and are impeccably finished with ornate bathrooms and deluxe soft furnishings. You will not be left wanting at this world-class villa.

Living Room

The open-plan living room is finished to a high standard and has a gorgeous seascape. This space is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped seating group, a TV, a coffee table, and an indoor dining table. Direct access to the pool terrace is available through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

The modernised kitchen is fully fitted with all the amenities you could need for a self-catering holiday and looks out onto the pool terrace. The following amenities are provided for the use of our guests: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and hob.

Lower Ground Spa & Gym Room

Below the main pool is an extensive indoor leisure room. This room features an indoor swimming pool, a spa area with a Turkish bath and sauna, and a private gym. The gym space includes yoga mats, pilates balls, dumbbells, a punching bag, and a stationary bicycle. There is also a games room with an all-purpose table used for table tennis, a pool table, and table football. One twin en suite bedroom is located on this floor adjacent to all the leisure facilities.

Terrace, Garden, and Pool

The outdoor area offers sea views best enjoyed from the infinity-edged private pool. The pool terrace includes ten integrated floating sun loungers, an infinity pool, parasols, an outdoor seating group, an alfresco dining area to seat 10, and a BBQ. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged conveniently. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
