Villa Alesta Kalkan sits proudly in the elevated Kiziltas district of Kalkan offering stylish accommodation for large families or groups with the capacity for up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. The property is spaced over three floors and has beautiful views of the town of Kalkan and, from the upper floors far, views out to the islands floating on the sea. The interior is designed in a contemporary style with a chic living space finished in inviting tones of grey. All the bedrooms are bright and airy, with en suite bathrooms featuring bespoke tiling and walk-in showers. There are two master bedrooms, each with private Jacuzzis, where you can luxuriate and take in the awe-inspiring azure vistas.
Outside the villa is a  gorgeous wrap-around terrace, garden, and private swimming pool, which looks stunning at night with an array of ambient lighting. More outside space can be found at the head of the villa off the top floor bedroom, where there is a large furnished roof terrace perfect for enjoying your favourite beverage as the sun goes down. Villa Alesta is only 10 minutes' walking distance from the town centre, making this an ideal choice for guests who want to be close to the action.

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is American style in design and is tastefully decorated with grey tones. It features many amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, and all the utensils required for a 10-guest self-catering stay. In addition, there is an island that incorporates the hob and extractor and doubles up as a breakfast bar with stools.

Living Room

The comfortable sitting room is well arranged for lounging and unwinding after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, a wall-mounted TV, satellite connection, free internet, air conditioning, and a coffee table. The pool terrace can be accessed through sliding glass doors. 

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace and garden area are thoughtfully arranged with ample furniture so you can enjoy outdoor living. Our guests have use of sun loungers, chairs, a dining table, a BBQ, and parasols. At the side of the terrace is a large private pool with ladder steps for entering the pool and a small green lawn traces the length of the pool. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit 

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
