Villa Alkan

Elegant and spacious inside and out, Villa Alkan Kalkan is blessed with superb vistas of the sparkling Mediterranean from every aspect. One of many highlights of this property is the large, private infinity pool with curved Roman steps leading down into the water. The pool is the focal point and draws your eye to the sea below and is surrounded by a sun terrace set for alfresco suppers and reclining under the summer sun. This villa features a gym and an excellent games room including a pool table and table tennis table.
Crowning the villa is a well-furnished roof terrace with elevated views of Kalkan bay and the island. The roof terrace is the ideal spot for sun worshipers as there are sun loungers on this terrace, so you can bask in the sun until it sinks behind the mountains. The interior design at villa Alkan is chic and modern, and the living space is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining area, and a living area with double height ceiling and windows. All upper-floor bedrooms are glass fronted and overlook the living space in a mezzanine style, creating a wonderful spacious ambience. You will love waking up in the morning to pure blue views from the bedroom windows at Villa Alkan.

Kitchen

The kitchen is bright and spacious, with a breakfast bar, stools, and a large dining table to seat 10. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a 10-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room

The lounge is generously sized and minimalist in style, with large comfortable sofas surrounding a coffee table and facing out to the pool and sea. Satellite connection for the flat screen television and free WiFi internet is provided for our guests, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned. The living room has a double-height ceiling fronted by large glass windows that flood the room with light.

Terrace and Pool

Steps lead down from the inside living space to an extended patio with a central infinity pool and alfresco dining area. Fringing the pool are ample sun loungers and outdoor seating, and a stone-built barbecue sits to the side of the shady dining area, so you are well prepared for outside suppers at sunset. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and terrace area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
