Villa Ardic is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Kalkan’s Ortaalan district. Inside, the décor is refined and tasteful, while outside there’s plenty of space to bask in the sunshine. The villa enjoys striking sea views, particularly from the bedroom on the top floor.

Situated just a 10 to 12-minute stroll from Kalkan town centre, you’ll find restaurants, shops and bars within easy reach, as well as the Migros supermarket close by.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is designed with an open-plan layout that combines the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The lounge features an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, and hob. A dining table seating six is also part of this space.

First Floor

Two bedrooms are located on this level.

Bedroom 1 is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 offers twin beds and also benefits from an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor houses the final bedroom, a double with en-suite shower room. This room opens directly onto a private roof terrace where two sun loungers await, along with views over the sea. It also includes bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
