Villa Arhan

Villa Arhan is a striking, contemporary 5-bedroom property situated in Kalkan’s Kisla district. With its two family rooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Spread over four levels, the villa offers captivating sea views from bedroom balconies and the rooftop terrace.

A pleasant 25-minute walk leads to the town centre, while water taxis from nearby beach clubs run regularly to the harbour throughout the day. For convenience, a small local market is close by.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, the main entrance, flanked by two columns, opens into the living area. Here you’ll find a generous L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a large smart TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to a balcony, appointed with two chairs and a small table. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob with extractor fan, built-in microwave and oven, water cooler, kettle, and toaster. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with two extra chairs available if required.

First Floor

The first floor contains two bedrooms: one family room with a double and a single bed, and one twin room. The family room has an en-suite shower, a vanity table, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. The twin bedroom is a double room with its own en-suite shower, vanity table, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. Both bedrooms share a balcony furnished with a sofa, armchair, and coffee table.

Second/Top Floor

On the second and top floor lies the master bedroom beneath high eaves. This spacious double room features an en-suite shower, a small sofa, vanity table, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. Opposite the bed, a kitchenette includes a drinks fridge, two-ring electric stove, kettle, and coffee maker. A compact wall-mounted dining table with two bar stools completes the space. From here, sliding doors open onto the roof terrace, where a round table with four chairs and two sun loungers invite you to relax while enjoying sweeping views of the bay.

Lower Ground Floor

Down on the lower ground floor, there are two further bedrooms: another family room with a double and single bed, and a twin room, plus a separate WC with basin. The family room boasts an en-suite shower room with a corner Jacuzzi bath, a vanity table, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes. Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace and gardens. The twin bedroom is a double room with an en-suite shower, vanity table, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, and wardrobes, also opening onto the pool terrace.

Terrace and Pool

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
