Villa Alexander

We are delighted to introduce Villa Alexander to our collection of luxury villas. This beautifully presented four-bedroom property occupies a coveted spot in Kisla, renowned for its breathtaking bay views and memorable sunsets. Designed to maximise these exceptional vistas, the villa is also just a short stroll from Mahal Beach Club. Sleeping up to ten guests comfortably, Villa Alexander is an excellent choice for larger families or groups.

Built from local stone and featuring elegant marble flooring alongside air-conditioning throughout, the villa is stylishly furnished and sure to become a favourite with visitors.

Kalkan town centre lies within easy reach — a 15-20 minute walk or a quick three-minute drive or taxi ride. For a scenic alternative, a water taxi runs from Mahal Beach Club, ferrying guests across the bay to the old town.

Entrance Level/Lower Ground Floor

Downstairs, reached by two flights of stairs from the main entrance and passing a convenient laundry room, is the Ottoman Room – a dedicated entertainment space. Fully equipped for leisure, it offers a pool table, table football, a 4K Smart TV with surround sound, access to streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, a games console, fridge, kettle, and water cooler. A bathroom with a WC and shower is also found on this level.

Ground Floor

At the heart of the ground floor lies a bespoke handmade kitchen, fitted with a granite-topped island and premium stainless steel appliances. For self-catering, you’ll find an electric oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooler, juicer, and blender.

This inviting open-plan space includes a working fireplace, TV, and Bluetooth speaker, with a selection of board games and books provided. A guest cloakroom is conveniently located on this floor as well.

First Floor

Paris Room: A generously sized double room with a king-size bed, comfortable seating area, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A private balcony offers wonderful views over the bay.

Sepia Room: Also a spacious double room with a king-size bed and seating area, it has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the bay.

Twin Room: Positioned between the Paris and Sepia Rooms, this twin room includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a balcony with sea views.

Second/Top Floor

Master Suite: Villa Alexander’s crowning feature is the expansive master suite on the top floor. It boasts an open-plan marble bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. The suite includes a super-king-sized bed, twin basins, tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, and a balcony with splendid sea views.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the villa’s terrace offers a private infinity swimming pool overlooking the bay, ideal for swimming or simply lounging in the sun. Luxury sun loungers, parasols, and comfortable seating areas are provided to enhance relaxation under the Mediterranean sun.

A shaded dining area complete with a large table and chairs is perfect for al fresco meals, whether breakfast or dinner. A BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The ninth and tenth guests, if applicable, will be accommodated on the double sofa bed in the living area.

The twin bedroom can be converted into a double on request.

Pool towels are provided for guest use.
