Villa Aura E

Villa Aura E is one of four brand-new, identical villas in Kalkan's highly desirable Kalamar district, completed in March 2025. Offering a rare blend of exclusivity and calm, this villa presents panoramic sea views alongside a private pool and bespoke design touches. Inside, three en-suite double bedrooms provide spacious accommodation for up to six guests, while the interiors exude understated luxury. Outside, a carefully designed terrace complements the pool, framing the mesmerising vistas.

Conveniently located close to CarrefourSa Supermarket, the villa is just moments from Kalamar Road's well-regarded dining spots; The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, and Cafe Vita. Popular beach clubs in the area, including Lures, Kulube, and Kalamar Beach Club, are within easy reach, and Kalkan's Old Town is a short taxi ride away.

Ground Floor

On entering, you'll find a contemporary open-plan layout where kitchen, living, and dining spaces flow effortlessly. A sleek wooden staircase at the front leads upstairs, with a charming raised garden bed beneath it. The living room offers ample space, furnished with a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essential utensils and dinnerware for self-catering. A kitchen island with three stools serves as a convenient breakfast bar, while a dining table seats six comfortably.

Guests will also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board on this level.

First Floor

The first double bedroom features an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity unit. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors reveal stunning sea views and open onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.

Further along the hallway is the second double bedroom, also with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity unit. This room too has large sliding doors leading to its own balcony with sea views and seating for two.

Second Floor

A second wooden staircase leads to the top floor and the third double bedroom, complete with en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity unit. Sliding doors open onto a generous wrap-around terrace, offering exceptional views to the front and side of the villa. This outdoor space is furnished with seating, two sun loungers, and a side table.

Terrace and Pool

The expansive outdoor area centres on the swimming pool, set within a thoughtfully designed sanctuary ideal for rest and recreation. Around the pool, you’ll find sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with a coffee table, an alfresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
