Villa Aura F is one of four newly completed, identical Aura villas situated in Kalkan's desirable Kalamar district, offering a serene and exclusive retreat. Finished in March 2025, this villa presents a private pool, sweeping sea views, bespoke design touches, and generous living space with three en-suite double bedrooms accommodating up to six guests. Inside, the interiors exude understated luxury, while outside, a thoughtfully designed terrace complements the pool and provides captivating vistas.

Conveniently positioned close to CarrefourSa Supermarket, the villa is a short stroll from Kalamar Road’s popular eateries such as The Brothers, Porchini, The Kitchen by Korsan, and Cafe Vita. The renowned beach clubs of the Kalamar area such as Lures, Kulube, and Kalamar Beach Clubs are also nearby, with Kalkan's Old Town just a brief taxi journey away.

Ground Floor

On entering the villa, you step into an open-plan space combining the kitchen, living, and dining areas. A stylish wooden staircase to the front ascends to the first floor, with a raised garden bed nestled beneath it adding a touch of greenery. The living room is generous in size, furnished with carefully chosen pieces that balance both comfort and style, including a sofa set, coffee table, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all essential utensils and dinnerware to support a self-catering stay. A kitchen island, complete with three chairs, serves as a convenient breakfast bar, while a dining table seats six comfortably. Laundry needs are met on this floor with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available for guests.

First Floor

The first floor houses two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms, bedside tables, wardrobes, and vanity units. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors frame stunning sea views and open onto private balconies furnished with two chairs and a coffee table, perfect for quiet moments outdoors.

Second Floor

A second wooden staircase leads to the top floor where the third double bedroom is found, also with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity unit. This room opens onto a large wrap-around terrace via sliding glass doors, offering impressive front and side views. The terrace is appointed with outdoor seating, two sun loungers, and a side table, providing an inviting space to unwind.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the villa’s generous grounds centre around a swimming pool set within an expansive outdoor sanctuary. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating with a coffee table, an alfresco dining table, and a BBQ, creating an ideal environment for leisurely days and evenings.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
