Villa Berlin Kalkan sits proudly on the hillside of Kalkan's Kiziltas district overlooking the town and stunning turquoise sea. The interior is equally as inviting, fronted by full-height glass windows that flood each room with light and frame the magnificent view of Kalkan bay and the islands floating on the horizon.

Five generously sized bedrooms are beautifully decorated and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Crowning the property is a spacious roof terrace with electric roll-out blinds for shade, an open-air Jacuzzi and a seating area perfect for sipping your favourite beverage and admiring the dazzling Kalkan sunsets. Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is tastefully decorated and designed in an open-plan style combined with the living room. It features many amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay. A large island at the centre can be used for prep and doubles up as a breakfast bar.

Living Room

The sea view lounge area is an excellent space for entertaining and is finished in soft cream tones. This room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, LED television, satellite connection, free WiFi internet, air conditioning and an indoor dining table to seat 10. The pool terrace can be accessed directly through sliding doors.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace area is well equipped with outdoor rattan furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a built-in barbecue, scatter cushions and parasols. In addition to the built-in BBQ, there is also a large mobile charcoal BBQ. At the centre of the terrace is a large private pool with an integrated section with a Jacuzzi jet function, which also works well as a slash pool for more minor children. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. The pool can be heated in the cooler months of the season for an additional weekly fee of £250; please enquire at the time of booking regarding pool heating.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire when booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit
