Extensive internal and external renovations have transformed the property into a sophisticated sanctuary, carefully designed to deliver a range of exclusive features suited to a private villa. While not situated directly on the waterfront, the villa’s design cleverly incorporates aquatic elements to enhance the experience. The main pool is said to be the largest in a private villa within Kalkan, incorporating an explorative cave, a cascading waterfall, and two exhilarating waterslides. This outdoor pool seamlessly connects to an indoor pool fitted with a retractable roof, perfect for swimming whatever the weather.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
