Bedrooms

Living Room

The living room offers a cosy sofa set, wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall-mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. A utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board is also available. Sliding glass doors open directly to the pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace comprises a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating area, al fresco dining table and BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £600, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
