Villa Siri

We are delighted to introduce Villa Siri to our collection for the 2026 season. This generously proportioned, elegantly designed 3-bedroom villa is located in Kalkan's Kisla district, where stunning sea views await. The interiors are bright and airy, while the terraced gardens offer plenty of space for outdoor gatherings and leisurely afternoons.

Positioned just a 5-minute stroll from Kalkan Beach Park and Green Beach Club, and around seven to eight minutes from Villa Mahal Beach Club, Villa Siri strikes a perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience. The old town is about a 25-minute walk away, though water taxis run regularly from the nearby beach clubs to the harbour throughout the day. For added convenience, a mini-market is right around the corner.

Ground Floor  

Entering through the hall, you’ll find a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin for guests. A few steps lead down to the living room, furnished with two sofas and an armchair grouped around a coffee table and a smart TV. Sliding doors open onto a covered semi-circular balcony, where a seating set invites you to savour views of the bay.

Adjacent to the living area is a dining space with a six-seat table beside the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in microwave, electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, water cooler, kettle, toaster, and all the essentials needed for self-catering.

First Floor  

Two double bedrooms occupy this floor. Bedroom 1 sits at the top of the stairs and can be arranged as a double or a twin upon request. Styled in pink hues, it features bedside tables, wardrobes, a vanity table, a Juliette balcony at the front, a picture window, and sliding doors that open onto a shared covered balcony with a table and two chairs — perfect for soaking up those sea views.

Bedroom 2 is a smaller double dressed in turquoise tones, complete with an en-suite shower and a treadmill within the room. It also includes bedside tables, wardrobes, and a vanity table. A glass door leads to the communal balcony, while a Juliette balcony offers captivating sea views.

Second Floor  

The master bedroom occupies the top floor beneath high eaves and is styled in gold. It includes an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, an armchair, and a smart TV. A kitchenette is also on this level, equipped with a drinks fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, and water cooler.

Sliding doors from the bedroom open onto a semi-circular section of the roof terrace furnished with a table and two chairs. The opposite side of the roof terrace is accessible via sliding doors from the kitchenette area and is fitted with sun loungers, providing panoramic views of the sea.

Terrace and Pool

The freshwater pool is accessed by a ladder and surrounded by eight sun loungers. A poolside shower is also available. Steps lead up to the terrace beside the villa, where an outdoor dining table sits beneath a pergola alongside a BBQ, ideal for alfresco meals. Nearby, a swing chair and table with chairs nestle under a pergola by the pool, while beneath the veranda there’s a table tennis setup and additional seating.

Close to the pool terrace lies a well-kept lawn featuring a concealed wooden pergola amid fruit trees, complete with a comfortable sofa set — a tranquil spot for taking in the views. Steps descend to a lower terrace furnished with two sun loungers and a cosy sofa, offering ample room for everyone to unwind in the spacious terraced garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
