Villa Cassa Kiziltas

Villa Cassa, located in Kalkan’s Kiziltas district, offers a selection of facilities usually found in a 5-star hotel setting. On the lower ground floor, you will find an indoor pool, sauna, hammam, games room, and exercise equipment, all designed to provide a blend of comfort and sophistication.

This modern property comprises four en-suite double bedrooms, each designed with privacy and relaxation in mind. Three of these bedrooms are situated on the upper levels, each featuring a private furnished balcony with views over Kalkan Bay. The fourth bedroom lies on the lower ground floor, offering easy access and a quieter retreat.

Villa Cassa sits a 20-minute downhill walk from the town centre, or just a brief 3 to 4-minute taxi journey. With taxis readily available and reasonably priced, returning to the villa is straightforward despite Kalkan’s elevated layout.

Bedrooms  

1. Lower Ground Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.  

2. First Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, furnished sea-facing balcony, bathroom and WC.  

3. First Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, furnished sea-facing balcony, bathroom and WC.  

4. Second Floor: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, furnished sea-facing terrace, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

Living Room  

The living space is contemporary and inviting, furnished with an L-shaped sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A utility room equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board is also available. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen  

The stylish kitchen, finished in dark tones, is fitted with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, filter coffee machine, water dispenser, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering. An eight-seat dining table completes the space.

Terrace and Pool 

The generous pool terrace features a large private swimming pool alongside a separate children’s pool. Sun loungers, parasols, two swing seats, two outdoor seating areas, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ create a comfortable outdoor environment.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The indoor pool can be heated for an additional cost of 1500 TL per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival
