Villa Dry White Kalkan is situated in a quiet yet convenient area of Kalkan's Ortaalan district. This beautifully appointed five-bedroom villa has glorious views of the town and bay. Villa Dry White is completed for the season of 2020 and combines modern architecture with bold interior design to great effect. Stunning marble flooring and full-height windows create a light and cooling feel throughout the villa.

The interior décor is chic and elegant, with each room feeling wonderfully spacious. All bedrooms are complete with marble-finished en suite shower rooms, and the master even has a private jacuzzi for total indulgence. At the lower ground level, guests can enjoy the indoor games room, which is ideal for the younger members of your group.

The south-facing terrace is a delightful spot to spend leisurely summer days with the infinity-edged swimming pool and raised outdoor jacuzzi as the attractive centrepiece. The surrounding patio provides areas of sun and shade with ample sun loungers that get day-long sun. Alfresco dining and seating areas are arranged under shady pergolas so you can luxuriate in outdoor living day or night.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen looks sleek with grey-toned units and a central dining table with a view out to the terrace and pool. Sliding doors connect the kitchen to the outside dining space for convenience when dining alfresco. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, water dispenser and all the utensils and dinnerware required for ten guests self-catering.

Living Room

An excellent and comfortably designed living room provides a welcome space for chilling out on summer evenings. A cosy sitting area with a large plush U-shaped sofa, TV, and entertainment centre connects to the kitchen and indoor dining space.

Terrace and Pool

Villa Dry White has pristine outer grounds, which are well maintained and arranged with comfort. The infinity swimming pool connects to a raised jacuzzi and features a shallow recessed area within the large main pool where sun loungers sit in the water. There is a spacious terrace which traces across the front of the pool for sunbathing and a large patio with shaded dining and seating areas. Outdoor furnishings are plentiful, and you will revel in the beauty of the illuminated town at night, which you can admire from the pool terrace. A courtyard garden with lovely mature planting is at the lower ground level, off from the games area and bottom bedrooms.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
