Villa Eagles Lodge

We are delighted to welcome Villa Eagles Lodge to our luxury portfolio for the 2025 season. This generously proportioned, contemporary villa offers six bedrooms and six bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.

Set on a 1/3-acre site, Villa Eagles Lodge enjoys a commanding hillside position with sweeping views over Kalkan. Comparable in scale to a boutique hotel, the property combines elegant indoor and outdoor living spaces. The highlight outdoors is an 18-metre infinity pool with an integrated Jacuzzi, inviting both relaxation and admiration of the sea vista.

The villa extends across two levels without any attic rooms or restrictions. Surrounded by tranquil parkland sprinkled with olive trees, its elevated setting ensures exceptional privacy and peacefulness. At least 150 yards separate it from neighbouring properties, reinforcing a true sense of seclusion. Alongside the pool and Jacuzzi, there is a large BBQ area, a generous sun terrace equipped with 12 loungers, a shaded dining zone, an outdoor shower, and ample parking.

Inside, the flooring of travertine and marble exudes understated luxury. The cream-coloured kitchen is fully fitted and complements a utility room and dining area that seats 12. The living room features a large TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi, with sliding glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. Each bedroom offers stunning sea views, en-suite facilities, air conditioning, wardrobes, vanity tables, and spacious balconies.

Security has been thoughtfully addressed with six CCTV cameras and a comprehensive yet user-friendly alarm system. Though the villa is sizeable enough to resemble a small hotel, the design intentionally limits the accommodation to six bedrooms to maintain a consistently high standard of comfort for all guests.

Living Room

Comfortable and inviting, the living room includes an L-shaped sofa, a second sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, a side table, and a flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors open onto the pool terrace, connecting indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. Adjacent is a laundry area complete with washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen in a soft cream tone contains a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, and a dining table seating 12, alongside all necessary utensils for self-catering.

Terrace and Pool

Measuring 18 by 5 metres, the infinity pool features Roman steps for easy entry and has a shallow end approximately 1.5 metres deep. The expansive sun terrace is furnished with 12 sun loungers and umbrellas, while a covered dining area with a table for 12 invites leisurely meals. The garden is well cared for, with a variety of potted plants adding colour to the space. Nearby, a large stone BBQ is perfectly placed beside the shaded patio and dining area. The Jacuzzi at one end of the pool provides a peaceful spot to unwind while taking in the views. There are also shaded seating areas dotted around the villa, and convenient access to a cloakroom from the pool area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
