Villa Elite Escape, a fresh arrival for the 2026 season, presents captivating sea views from its first and second floors, inviting you to unwind in serene surroundings. Situated in the sought-after Ortaalan district, the villa is just a leisurely 10 to 12-minute stroll from Kalkan’s bustling town centre, with its charming restaurants, boutique shops and lively bars. For added convenience, the Migros supermarket is easily within reach.

This remarkable home features two pools—an outdoor L-shaped swimming pool on the terrace and a heated indoor pool below—alongside a sauna, a cosy cinema room, and a table football setup that promises lighthearted competition. 

Descend to the lower ground floor where a kitchen bar with three stools sits ready for casual drinks. A mini fridge and sink with an array of glassware are thoughtfully arranged above, while a washing machine is tucked beneath the stairs. This level also hosts a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Sliding glass doors open onto a staircase descending to the indoor pool, surrounded by sun loungers inviting you for a relaxing dip. Adjacent to the pool, you’ll find a comfortable seating area and the table football. Opposite, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower ensures privacy and comfort.

On the first floor, two more double bedrooms await. The bedroom to the left enjoys an en-suite shower and a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table—an ideal spot to savour the uninterrupted sea views. The second double bedroom also has an en-suite shower and a picture window framing the striking vista.

At the very top, the roof terrace beckons with sweeping sea views that stretch to the horizon—could there be a better setting for morning coffee or an evening glass of something chilled?

For those travelling in larger parties, Villa Elite Escape sits side by side with Villa Cihan, offering the perfect option for groups wishing to holiday close together.

Living Room

The living room is inviting and comfortable, furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table. Air conditioning ensures a cool retreat, while a flat-screen smart TV and complimentary WiFi provide entertainment. Sliding glass doors open to the pool terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living with ease.

Kitchen

Located immediately to the right on entering the villa, the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and hob. A dining table and all necessary utensils complete this space, making self-catering effortless.

Terrace and Pool

Step outside to the pool terrace, where the private L-shaped swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. An outdoor seating area, swing seat, shaded pergola with an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ provide ample space for relaxation and entertaining. The pool and garden are maintained daily by an attentive attendant, ensuring the surroundings remain immaculate.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, with mid-stay cleaning arranged for bookings of 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning services can be requested during your stay, subject to an extra fee charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £200 is payable by hand at the start of your holiday and will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damage has occurred.
