Villa Cihan

Villa Cihan, a brand new 4-bedroom residence available for the 2024 season, presents breathtaking sea views, especially from the first and second floors. Situated in the sought-after Ortaalan district, it lies just a 10 to 12-minute stroll from Kalkan town centre, with its array of restaurants, shops and bars. The Migros supermarket is also conveniently close by.

This remarkable villa features two pools – a heated outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool - along with a sauna, cinema room, table tennis and table football to keep guests entertained. Access is via a private entrance gate on the side of the property.

Descending to the lower ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen bar with three stools, a mini fridge and sink with glasses neatly shelved above, plus a washing machine tucked beneath the stairs. This level also houses a sauna and cinema room. There’s a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a glass door leads down to the indoor pool area. On the lower split level, a large sofa, children’s slide and swing, and table football set the scene for relaxation and fun. The indoor pool features a ladder-style staircase and is surrounded by sun loungers. Opposite the pool, the twin bedroom includes an en-suite shower.

Upstairs on the first floor, two double bedrooms await. The bedroom on the left has an en-suite shower and sliding doors opening onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table, perfect for savouring the sea views. The second double bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower and a picture window framing uninterrupted views of the sea. The top floor leads to a roof terrace, offering further uninterrupted sea vistas.

Living Room  

Comfortable and stylish, the living room includes two sofas, an armchair, coffee table, air conditioning, a flat-screen smart TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area.

Kitchen  

Located on the right upon entering, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and a dining table seating six, along with all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool  

The pool terrace features a private L-shaped swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor seating area, a swing seat, table tennis, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table for eight, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The villa's indoor and outdoor pools can be heated upon request for an additional charge. The cost for heating the indoor pool is 2000 TL per day, and for the outdoor pool, 2500 TL per day
