Villa Erato

Villa Erato is one of four newly built villas that blend traditional Turkish Mediterranean style with modern conveniences. The property offers a variety of distinctive spaces designed for relaxation and taking in the surrounding sea views. Among these are a billiards room complete with a bar, a dartboard, a cinema room, a private swimming pool, and several inviting indoor and outdoor areas. This spacious villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. Approaching the property, you’ll notice elegant arches, columns, and stone-inlaid steps—features typical of Mediterranean and Lycian architecture—that create an impressive first impression.

Inside, the open-plan living area includes a generously sized kitchen, dining, and lounge space. On this level, you’ll also find a cinema room, a WC, and a sauna. The villa is surrounded by a large private infinity pool, which incorporates a shallow section perfect for sunbathing while dipping your toes in the water. Some bedrooms provide direct pool access from their terraces; however, as these terraces do not have balustrades, they may not be suitable for certain children. Parking is available outside the villa, and Kalkan’s beach, old town, and harbour lie just around five minutes away by taxi or hire car. There is also a local mini market located nearby.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa set, wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A utility room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table, and all the utensils needed for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features the private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating areas, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £750, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
