Villa Kalamar 4 Kalkan is an aesthetically pleasing four-bedroom property perched on the green hills above Kalamar bay. The property is constructed from local stone and wood and feels like a luxurious country home. This villa boasts magnificent views of the azure waters at Kalamar bay which is set in unspoiled surroundings. Our guests will love spending leisurely days by the impressive infinity pool, which is 13 meters long. The outside space is adequately equipped so you can enjoy outdoor living and experience true exclusivity by meandering down to the private sea platform. Furthermore, as the property is in a somewhat isolated location, it provides high levels of privacy- if that is what you are looking for.
The interior exudes elegance at every point, and the selection of beautiful bespoke furnishings makes for beautiful rooms. At ground floor level, there is a grand open plan living space finished with stunning wrought iron light fittings and cream marble floors. This room comprises a sleek, black, fitted kitchen, indoor dining area, and sumptuous lounge with direct access to the outer terrace through large sliding glass doors. Four deluxe bedrooms are spaced over two floors and feature elite en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Situated in a remote part of Kalamar district, walking from the property to the town centre is quite challenging. Note: The swimming pool has the option to be heated during the cooler months of the season. If you would like pool heating an additional weekly fee of £400 is applicable.

Living Room

Ideal for entertaining, the contemporary lounge is decorated with tasteful, quality furniture and has amazing sea and nature views. In addition, the lounge has a relaxing space perfect for unwinding after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, a dining table for 8, a coffee table, and a WC.

Kitchen

The American-style kitchen is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. This modern space features a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering break.

Terrace and Pool

The private terrace has an outstanding uninterrupted view of the sea and a lovely infinity pool that spills out into the crystal waters below. A private sea platform is located below the pool terrace just above the shoreline so you can swim in the sea and the pool. The terrace patio is furnished with sun loungers, a seating group, a table tennis table, an alfresco table, a BBQ, and parasols. The private platform next to the sea has a shaded area and sun loungers. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you are staying for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. Villa Kalamar 4 is located in the same complex as another of our featured villas: Villa Kalamar 6. These two villas can be booked in conjunction where availability allows and can host up to 20 guests.
