Villa Laren

Villa Laren is one of two newly constructed properties perched just above Kalkan in the Kiziltas area, where gentle sea views unfold from both the pool terrace and the first-floor bedrooms.

Generously proportioned, this villa offers three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Inside, the interiors are contemporary yet inviting, with a living space designed for relaxation and ease.

The villa includes a private pool surrounded by ample outdoor areas and a broad pool terrace, perfect for unwinding while taking in the serene vistas. Located roughly a 25 to 30-minute walk—or a brief 3 to 4-minute taxi ride—from Kalkan’s centre, Villa Laren is also conveniently close to local supermarkets such as Kanga and A101, both just a short stroll away.

Bedrooms

1. Lower Ground Floor: A double bedroom furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The shower room serving this room is located just across the hallway.

2. First Floor: A double bedroom featuring bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, a jacuzzi, and an en suite bathroom with WC. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony equipped with two chairs and a small table.

3. First Floor: A twin bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, and an en suite bathroom with WC.

Living Room

The living room is appointed with a comfortable sofa set, coffee tables, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A laundry room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding doors grant direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen is stylishly fitted and fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay. A dining table with seating for six completes the space.

Terrace and Pool

The sun-drenched terrace features a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, two cosy chairs, outdoor seating, and a BBQ—ideal for al fresco dining and soaking in the sun.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
