Villa Laren Duo is one of two newly built properties perched just above Kalkan in the Kiziltas area, offering charming sea views from both the pool terrace and the first-floor bedrooms.

This generous villa provides 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Inside, the interiors are tastefully designed, with a welcoming living space that invites you to relax.

The villa includes a private pool, ample outdoor areas, and an expansive pool terrace—perfect for unwinding while enjoying the surrounding scenery. It is conveniently located around a 25 to 30-minute walk, or a brief 3 to 4-minute taxi ride from Kalkan’s centre. Nearby supermarkets such as Kanga and A101 are within easy walking distance.

Bedrooms

1. Lower Ground Floor: A double bedroom furnished with bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. The shower room serving this bedroom is situated just across the hallway.

2. First Floor: A double bedroom featuring bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a jacuzzi, bathroom, and WC. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony, which is furnished with two chairs and a small table.

3. First Floor: A twin bedroom with bedside tables, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

Living Room

The living area includes a comfortable sofa set, coffee tables, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A laundry room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding doors lead directly to the pool area.

Kitchen

The stylish open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay. A dining table with seating for six completes the space.

Terrace and Pool

The sun terrace offers a private pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, two relaxing chairs, outdoor seating, and a BBQ—ideal for dining outdoors and soaking up the sunshine.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
