Villa Larmina

Villa Larmina is one of two elegant sister properties nestled in Kalkan's serene Kordere district, just a brief 5 to 6-minute taxi journey from the town centre. This exquisite villa features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering a private and comfortable retreat for all guests. Inside, you will find an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam (Turkish bath), and a table tennis, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and entertainment.

The living room, dining space, and kitchen are thoughtfully designed with attention to detail and generous room to gather, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for spending quality time with friends or family.

Outside, the terrace boasts a private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols, an ideal spot to soak up the sun. There is a dining table for alfresco meals, accompanied by a cosy seating area and a BBQ space beneath a pergola, making outdoor dining a pleasure.

Bedrooms

1. Ground Floor Bedroom: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. First Floor Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony with two chairs and a side table.

3. First Floor Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC. This room also includes sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table.

Living Room

Comfortable and tastefully furnished, the living room includes a cosy couch set, coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A utility room is also available, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board to take care of any laundry needs. Sliding glass doors offer direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-appointed for a convenient stay, featuring a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle, oven, and stove. A dining table seating six completes the space, along with all the necessary utensils and tools for cooking and enjoying meals.

Terrace and Pool

The terrace centres around a private swimming pool, perfect for unwinding. Comfortable sun loungers and parasols provide shade, while a cosy seating area invites relaxation. You can dine al fresco at the outdoor table or prepare meals using the stone BBQ. A daily attendant maintains and cleans the pool and garden areas.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Additional Information

The final 80-100 metres of the road leading up to the villa is fairly steep. Therefore, if you are planning to hire a car; an SUV vehicle or a 4-wheel drive is recommended

The indoor pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of 1500 TL per day
