Villa Leo Kiziltas

Villa Leo, located in Kalkan's Kiziltas district just above the D400 road, presents an affordable option within our portfolio. Sitting just above the second footbridge, it is conveniently placed only an 8 to 10-minute walk or a brief 3-minute drive to the town centre, where a selection of restaurants, shops, and beach clubs awaits.

This villa comfortably accommodates 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a shared holiday retreat. Space is a defining feature here, with a generous living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and extensive outdoor areas to enjoy.

Bedrooms

1. Lower ground floor: A double bedroom complete with bedside tables, wardrobe, and a vanity table.

2. Lower ground floor: Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table.

3. First floor: A double bedroom featuring bedside tables, wardrobe, a vanity table, and an en-suite shower room with WC.

4. First floor: Another double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe, and vanity table. The shower room and WC for this room are located just across the hallway.

Living Room

The living room includes an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television. Adjacent is a utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Kitchen

The kitchen provides all the essentials for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and necessary utensils.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the patio terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, a pergola-shaded al fresco dining table, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
