Villa Lumiere 3 Kalkan offers attractive contemporary design inside and out and is conveniently situated close to the town centre so that you can explore the town at leisure. This charming villa with a sea-facing terrace and private swimming pool caters to 10 guests in 5 modern en-suite bedrooms. To the front of the villa is a sizeable sun terrace carefully arranged with comfortable furnishings, alfresco dining facilities, a table tennis table, and sunbathing platform so you can experience the glory of the Mediterranean summer all day long.

The inviting interior is spaced across three floors, with a generous American-style kitchen and open living space on the ground floor. This room is decorated with quality furnishings and a well-equipped fitted kitchen with an indoor dining area provided for your convenience. Large sliding glass doors fill this room with light and open onto the beautiful private terrace. A double en-suite bedroom is located on the ground floor for guests who require easy access to the communal spaces with sliding doors that open to the garden area and terrace. Three more bedrooms are located on the first floor, a double with a private balcony to the side of the building and adjacent twin and double rooms with a large sea view balcony. The deluxe master bedroom is found on the second floor, which connects to a stunning roof terrace offering panoramic views of the town and sea. This terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a large outdoor jacuzzi- perfect for sipping a beverage and relaxing as the sun goes down. Situated just above the town centre in Kiziltas, you can reach the high street on foot in around 12 minutes and still enjoy the peace of being away from the hubbub of the centre.

Living Room

This villa has a bright, airy lounge from the pool terrace and is accessed through large sliding doors. This relaxing area is perfect after a long day in the sun. This room has a seating group, LCD TV, free internet, air conditioning, and an indoor dining table.

Kitchen

The modernised American kitchen is perfectly equipped with a toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering retreat.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious terrace offers a lovely private pool and small feature garden, sun loungers, a seating group, a table tennis table, a swing, outdoor seating, BBQ, and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. If you are planning a trip for a large party, Villa Lumiere 3 is neighboured by Villa Lumiere 1 and Villa Lumiere 2, which can be booked to host up to 26 guests where available applies.
