Situated in Kalkan’s Ulugol district, Villa Luna 2 offers three en-suite bedrooms, including a master double bedroom complete with a jacuzzi. Inside, you’ll find a contemporary living area alongside a chic dining space and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with modern appliances. Outside, the generous pool terrace invites you to unwind by the private swimming pool, where sun loungers and parasols provide shade and comfort. There’s also ample outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ for relaxed dining under the open sky.

Just a brief 3 to 4-minute taxi ride brings you to the heart of Kalkan, while two supermarkets, BIM and Migros Jet, are conveniently close by.

Bedrooms

1. First-floor master bedroom features a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-facing balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom, and WC.

2. Also on the first floor, the second bedroom includes a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, sea-facing balcony, bathroom, and WC.

3. The third bedroom, also on the first floor, has twin beds, a bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom, and WC.

Living Room

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and complimentary wifi. A utility room houses a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table, and all the essential utensils for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, with additional outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. A dedicated attendant takes care of daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
