Introducing Villa Sultanhan, a brand-new addition to our 2025 luxury rental portfolio. Situated in the tranquil Ulugol area of Kalkan, this contemporary villa offers a peaceful retreat with a distinctly private atmosphere. Built in 2025, the property comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three well-appointed bedrooms.

The villa is surrounded by stunning mountain views that are sure to impress. Inside, you’ll find sleek, modern interiors designed to provide a comfortable and sophisticated stay.

Outside, a generous swimming pool with elegant Roman steps invites you for a refreshing swim. The extensive outdoor space is furnished with stylish, comfortable seating.

Although Villa Sultanhan enjoys a quiet location, it’s just a five-minute drive from Kalkan town centre. The sought-after beach clubs in Kisla are within a 15 minute walk or a brief 2-3 minute taxi ride.

Bedrooms

Living Room

The living room features plush seating, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Adjacent is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothes airer. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, and stove. It includes a breakfast bar with seating for six and a separate dining table for six. A full collection of dishes, pots, and utensils is provided for all your culinary needs.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious sun terrace includes a private swimming pool with a shallow end for easy entry. Sun loungers and a large parasol offer comfortable spots to relax. Additionally, there is shaded outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ for outdoor meals.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
