Villa Mavi Kelebek

Villa Mavi Kelebek Kalkan is a superbly maintained six-bedroom property with a maximum capacity of 13 guests. It is situated in a prime spot just above the sea in Kalkan's Kisla district, just 100 metres above the sea, and is close to beach clubs, restaurants, and a convenience store. Perfectly positioned to get day-long sun, the terrace is the ideal spot to watch the spectacular Kalkan sunsets. The generous pool terrace has an elongated infinity pool that spills out into the sea below. This swimming pool includes heating is available at an additional cost (upon request). Rows of sun loungers flank the pool, and there is ample space for alfresco dining, and you can enjoy a game of table tennis too!
The interior boasts an impressive open-plan living space with a roomy kitchen on a half-level raised above the living room. If you want to enjoy breakfast indoors, choose between the large breakfast bar or indoor dining table. The villa's children, double en-suite bedrooms, two master suites with private jacuzzis, and an infinity pool make it the ideal choice for a family holiday. Visitors will have an unforgettable Kalkan escape, with all of this set against the breathtaking backdrop of Kalkan's azure waters.

Living Room

The open-plan living room sits on a split level below the kitchen and features an indoor dining area. Spacious and contemporary this room is perfectly appointed to relax and entertain in the evening. This room has a seating group, TV, air conditioning and coffee table. In addition, you can access the pool terrace directly from the living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is stylish and open-plan, raised on a half level above the lounge. It hosts a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, dining table, oven and hob and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace and Pool

The sizeable terrace has a large infinity pool at the centre which can be heated in the cooler months and has a wave function. The surrounding patio is furnished with sun loungers, an alfresco dining table, outdoor seating, a stone BBQ and parasols. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area. Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you are staying for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property. We recommend Villa Lumineux and Villa Ketchy as alternative options for large groups in the Kisla district of Kalkan.
