Situated in Kalkans Kisla district, Villa Merih is within a leisurely 5 to 10-minute stroll of prominent spots such as Mahal Beach Club, Kalkan Beach Club, Green Beach Club, and Hotel Fidanka. The bustling harbour and town centre lie just a short 3-minute taxi ride away.

This elegant villa offers a private swimming pool, generously proportioned rooms, captivating sea views, and a dedicated BBQ area. Adjacent to the pool is an outdoor dining space designed for alfresco meals, while the pool surrounds provide a welcoming setting for relaxation.

Inside, the villa comprises five en-suite bedrooms, four fitted with extra-long double beds 160*200 cm, and one featuring two extra-long single beds. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping sea vistas in every room.

The entire property is air-conditioned, ensuring a cool retreat during the height of the summer. On the first floor, the bedrooms share access to a balcony boasting uninterrupted 360-degree views of the sea and mountains. Meanwhile, the roof terrace reveals stunning panoramas of Kalkan Bay.

Kitchen

Equipped for self-catering, the kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace centres around the private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, alongside outdoor seating and an alfresco dining table. A BBQ complements this inviting space. Daily cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden are managed by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
