Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning, Jacuzzi, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and WC.

Bedroom 2: Double bed, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and WC.

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom, and WC.

Living Room

The living room is furnished for entertaining and relaxing and directly connects to the outdoor pool terrace. It has an L-shaped sofa, TV, air conditioning, and a cross trainer. 

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is an open-plan space and combines with the living room on the ground floor. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob, indoor dining table for 6, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Outside the villa, the grounds comprise a terrace, shaded seating, a dining area, and a large private swimming pool. The garden and patio area are furnished with garden furniture, including sun loungers, a BBQ, outdoor seating, and an alfresco dining table. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please ask when booking to find out the additional cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
