The interior space covers three floors with five sizable en-suite bedrooms with adjoining balconies and a roof terrace from where you can take in the view of the entire bay of Kalkan. A generous living room and open-plan kitchen finished in an ultra-modern design with brushed grey kitchen units and light monochrome furnishings are connected to the main patio with full-height glass doors. Living Room

The bright and modern lounge combines the kitchen and indoor dining area on the ground floor in one spacious room. The lounge area is fantastic and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day by the pool. The living room has a seating group, TV, table and chairs, complimentary internet, air conditioning and WC. You can directly access the pool terrace from the living room through large glass doors, which frame the pool and sea views.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is adjacent to the lounge and has a central island with a hob and a pool-facing indoor dining area. It features quality amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay. You can access the pool area from the kitchen also.

Terrace and Pool

The main pool area has a large terrace and a private infinity pool with a raised outdoor jacuzzi on a platform above the main pool. The patio area is arranged with garden furniture, including sun loungers, a seating group, an alfresco dining table, a BBQ and parasols. At the villa's top is a second outdoor roof terrace furnished with a seating group and sun loungers. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday.
