Villa Platos

We are pleased to announce that Villa Platos will be an exclusive addition to our portfolio for the 2025 season. Situated in Kalkan’s Kiziltas area, this villa comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. It offers striking views over both the sea and the charming town of Kalkan.

The villa strikes an appealing balance between privacy and convenience. A 20-minute stroll leads you into the heart of town, where a selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cultural sites await. For something closer, Tesoro Pizza & Ristorante is just a five-minute walk away.

Ground Floor  

Here you’ll find an open-plan living space that incorporates the lounge, dining area, kitchen, and a double bedroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven, hob, and all the necessary utensils for self-catering. The dining table is positioned within the kitchen area. The lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a wooden coffee table, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and two chairs with a side table.

Under the stairs, tucked away in a cupboard, are a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Immediately to the left of the main entrance, you’ll find a cloakroom and guest WC.

Bedroom 1, opposite the kitchen, is a double with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table.

First Floor  

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both doubles, each with en-suite shower rooms, bedside tables, wardrobes, and vanity tables. Bedroom 4 is a twin, similarly appointed with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table.

Second/Top Floor  

The master bedroom occupies the top floor. It contains a double and a single bed, an en-suite shower room with a jacuzzi bath, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vanity table. Sliding glass doors open onto the terrace, which is furnished with two sun loungers, chairs, and a table — an ideal spot to take in the outstanding views across Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors  

Outside, there is ample space to unwind under the sun. The pool terrace features an L-shaped swimming pool surrounded by eight sun loungers and parasols. There is also outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining area, and a BBQ for leisurely meals.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
