Villa Royal 1

Villa Royal 1 stands proudly in Kalkan's Ortaalan district, offering a contemporary retreat within one of two adjoining buildings. Its prime location means the town centre and local amenities are just a leisurely 15-20 minute walk away. Designed with space and privacy in mind, the villa features three en-suite bedrooms. The master suite impresses with a double jacuzzi, creating a serene spot to relax. Each bedroom enjoys stunning sea views, a constant reminder of the natural beauty surrounding the villa. Inside, the décor is refined yet welcoming, blending elegance with comfort. 

The extensive pool terrace is a true highlight, providing ample room for both relaxation and socialising. A private swimming pool spans the terrace, linked by a charming wooden bridge that invites guests to take a refreshing dip while savouring the vistas. For a bit of light-hearted rivalry, a table tennis set is also available within the villa’s grounds.

1. First floor double bedroom featuring a bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.  

2. First floor twin bedroom with bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.  

3. Second/top floor double bedroom including bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The spacious living area is comfortably furnished and air-conditioned, with a dining table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Additional conveniences include a coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary WiFi. Sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

Kitchen

An American-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, hob and all the necessary utensils for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace is furnished with cosy sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, a swing, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
