Villa Lovelet 2 is one of a pair of newly built neighbouring villas nestled in the Ortaalan district of Kalkan. Finished in May 2025, this contemporary and luxurious villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms.

Generous outdoor living spaces invite you to unwind and soak up the Mediterranean sunshine. A private swimming pool, designed specifically for swimming, adds to the appeal, while the roof terrace presents striking views overlooking Kalkan.

Located around a 10-minute stroll from Kalkan's town centre, the villa offers easy access to an array of restaurants, bars, and shops. For everyday essentials, the Migros supermarket is just a 5-6 minute walk away.

Bedrooms

1. First Floor: A double bedroom featuring bedside tables, a wardrobe, vanity table, and a bathroom with jacuzzi and WC. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table.

2. First Floor: A twin bedroom equipped with bedside tables, a wardrobe, vanity table, and bathroom with WC.

3. Second Floor: A double bedroom with bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, and bathroom with WC. Sliding doors lead out to a roof terrace furnished with two sun loungers and an outdoor seating area beneath a pergola.

Living Room

The living room offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Nearby, the laundry room contains a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Sliding doors provide direct access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Designed in an American style, the kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, coffee machine, and all essential utensils for a self-catering stay. A breakfast bar with six stools completes the space.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor seating beneath a pergola, plus a swing seat, an al fresco dining table for six, and a stone BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
