Villa Antares Premium

Villa Antares Premium is a recently built, elegant retreat comfortably accommodating up to six guests across three en-suite bedrooms. Located just a ten-minute walk from both the town centre and Old Town, the villa enjoys a sought-after position overlooking tranquil olive groves.

From every level of the property, you’ll find charming views — the pool terrace offers a soothing outlook over the surrounding olive trees, while the upper floors reveal striking panoramas of the sea and mountains. Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed with refined décor and a contemporary style that feels both fresh and inviting.

For a tranquil escape, Villa Antares Premium has much to offer, including a rooftop jacuzzi, generous outdoor living spaces, an oversized swimming pool complete with an integrated jacuzzi, and a shallow pool area ideal for cooling off.

Ground Floor  

The ground floor features a warm, open-plan living area that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open directly onto the pool terrace, blurring the line between indoors and out.  

The lounge is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table set, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. The kitchen includes all essentials: fridge freezer, built-in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The dining table comfortably seats six.  

Practical touches are not overlooked — a washing machine is tucked away in a cupboard beneath the stairs, which also houses a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

First Floor  

Ascending the stairs, you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms.  

Bedroom 1 is a double room featuring an en-suite shower, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. Sliding glass doors open onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a coffee table.  

Bedroom 2 is a twin room with an en-suite shower, bedside tables, a vanity table, and wardrobes. This room also opens onto its own balcony with seating for two.

Second/Top Floor  

The top floor is home to the master double bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower room, bedside tables, a vanity table, and a wardrobe. From here, step straight onto a privately furnished roof terrace boasting sea and mountain views. The terrace is equipped with a rattan seating set, an umbrella, a swing seat, and the villa’s rooftop jacuzzi — a lovely spot to unwind with a glass in hand as the sun sets.

Terrace and Pool

Outside, the spacious terrace centres around a large swimming pool featuring an integrated jacuzzi and a shallow section, perfect for relaxing or paddling. Sun loungers and parasols provide ample shade, while the outdoor seating area, double ‘egg’ chair, and al-fresco dining table for six invite leisurely meals and conversation. On one side of the terrace, you’ll also find a BBQ alongside a table tennis table, adding a touch of fun to your stay.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
