Villa Seas the Day is a charming 3-bedroom villa located in Kalkan’s Kiziltas area, offering a blend of comfort and style. The property includes a spacious split-level pool terrace and a private swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional charge. A rooftop terrace presents striking views across Kalkan Bay, providing a wonderful spot to unwind. Just a 4-minute taxi ride from the town centre, you’ll find yourself close to a range of restaurants, shops, bars, and beach clubs. For everyday essentials, a supermarket, butcher, and grocery store are conveniently nearby.

Ground Floor

The ground floor centres around an open-plan living space alongside a twin bedroom. The lounge features a cosy navy blue L-shaped sofa, a wide coffee table, and a flat-screen smart TV. The sleek, well-equipped kitchen boasts a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, Turkish coffee machine, microwave, kettle, water cooler, and all necessary utensils. An island unit doubles as a breakfast bar with stools, complemented by a bookshelf design to one side and a round dining table. Sliding glass doors lead out to a shaded outdoor seating and dining area.

The twin bedroom on this level includes bedside tables, a wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room.

First Floor

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms and delightful sea views. Both rooms share a balcony furnished with a round table and two wooden chairs – an ideal spot for taking in the scenery.

Second/Top Floor

The top floor houses the laundry area equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. This level also offers a terrace with an L-shaped seating corner, perfect for enjoying outstanding sea views.

Outdoors

The pool terrace provides plenty of space to relax, whether you’re reading a book or enjoying a refreshing drink. The private swimming pool is surrounded by six sun loungers and parasols, alongside a seating corner, an additional shaded outdoor seating area, a shaded al-fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
