The ground floor of the interior comprises a chic and inviting living room that combines a kitchen and dining room. This space is elegantly finished with bold black and white in the kitchen diner and soft grey tones in the living room. Large sliding doors allow for convenient access to the pool terrace and outside dining area. On the upper floors are four elegant bedrooms, each finished with beautifully tiled en suite bathrooms, some of which include his and hers sinks and the master room with a jacuzzi function bath. Sip your morning coffee from the bedroom balcony and gaze out over the unspoiled natural scenery.

Kitchen

To the rear of the ground floor, living space is a generous fitted kitchen fronted by an indoor dining area with views over the pool and out to sea. The kitchen amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, microwave, and all the utensils and dinnerware required for an 8-guest self-catering stay.

Living Room

Comfortable and pleasantly decorated, the living room boasts stunning views of the sea and islands on the horizon. Large sliding doors connect the inner and outer living spaces, and the lounge area has a seating group coffee table and TV. Satellite connection for the television and free wireless internet is provided for our guests, and all rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Terrace and Pool

With a breathtaking backdrop of Kalkan’s stunning seascape, the pool area will be your favourite spot to enjoy a meal alfresco, sip on a beverage or take a dip in the infinity pool. The terrace area is fully equipped for all your outdoor living needs and includes a sun terrace with sun loungers, an alfresco dining table and an outdoor seating group. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than seven nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for ten or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
