Villa Thalia

One of four recently completed villas, Villa Thalia artfully blends traditional Turkish Mediterranean style with modern comfort and convenience. The property is filled with character and features enchanting areas, most notably the courtyard at its centre—a wonderful spot for dining, unwinding, and making the most of the hot tub. The home cinema offers another inviting space, alongside numerous indoor and outdoor corners designed for relaxation while taking in the sea views.

This generously sized villa accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms. Approaching the property, the elegant arches, columns and stone inlaid steps—distinctive elements of Mediterranean and Lycian design—immediately catch the eye. Spread over two floors, the ground level includes two double bedrooms (king size) and a twin, all opening off the central courtyard. Upstairs, the master bedroom at the front is spacious and comfortable, boasting a large picture window framing the sea, as well as a luxurious free-standing bath from which to enjoy the views. The combination of high beamed ceilings, intricate tile work and wood accents adds a warm, timeless charm. Another sizeable king-size double sits on this floor, with both upstairs rooms sharing access to an attractive stone and wrought iron balcony overlooking the sea.

The open-plan living area offers a well-equipped kitchen, dining and sitting space. This floor also includes a cinema room, WC and sauna. Glass doors on both sides of the living area connect to the courtyard at the rear and the swimming pool with terrace at the front, creating an impressive indoor/outdoor flow. At the front of the villa lies a large private infinity pool, surrounded by various seating and sunbathing spots. Below and in front of the pool, a garden adds further greenery to the setting. Extending the full width of the property, a generously shaded terrace off the living area is furnished for alfresco dining and relaxing, with direct pool access and lovely sea views. Sunbeds are available in several locations and can be repositioned on request.

Parking is provided outside the villa, while Kalkan's beach, old town and harbour are all about 5 minutes away by taxi or hire car. A local mini market is conveniently close by.

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, wooden coffee table, air conditioning, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A utility room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors offer easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen  

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all necessary utensils for a self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool  

The pool terrace includes a private infinity swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining table and a BBQ.

Cleaning and Maintenance

We clean the villa before your arrival, and there will be a mid-stay clean for reservations of more than 14 nights. There will be no mid-stay clean for reservations of 7 nights or fewer. For example, if you stay for 10 or 14 nights, a mid-stay clean will be arranged at a convenient time. If you would like extra cleaning, please enquire at the time of booking to find out what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £750, which must be paid at the start of your holiday. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property.
